Pigeons, Starlings, Gulls and other birds can cause some minor to major issues at properties. Entering, fouling, nesting, or even roosting in unwanted locations can cause costly problems.

The main risk from bird activity is dust from the dry guano (droppings). It can cause a possible health risk as well as a vector for harmful bacteria and disease.

 

However, in some cases, for example, starlings, they tend to nest in the eaves of properties year after year, causing scratching noises in eaves, waking sleeping residents up as early as 4 am in the spring and summer mornings.
