Cancellation Policy

Northumberland Pest Control Services Terms and Conditions 1. Client gives NPC permission to access all areas of the premises to inspect for pests on and in between chosen inspection dates. 2. Client gives NPC permission to move goods and objects at property with care. NPC cannot be held responsible for cost of any item(s), materials or structures damaged in the process of inspection or work being carried out. 3. NPC will give written report(s) of any findings, or any actions or treatments carried out at the premises. 4. NPC will act on infestations using only modern professional methods. 5. NPC will only use rodenticides, insecticides, and any biocides in accordance with the product’s statutory label. 6. Recommendations will be highlighted in documented reports. 7. Risk awareness regarding the use of toxic baits, bait boxes or insecticidal spray (which has been used as part of treatment on site) must be conveyed to the customer, employer, employees and visitors. 8. Emergency Contact Numbers will be left by NPC on site. (“Call 111” - NHS - National Poison Service) 9. NPC cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage caused because of any unnotarized person(s) tampering with traps or pesticides being used as treatment. 10. A Trained & Certified operative must deal with any spillage or handling of any alive or dead pests on the site. NPC cannot be held responsible for any resulting harm, injury or death caused by any attempts by customer, employer, employees or visitors, livestock, pets, children on the site to handle or ingest spilt baits or dead rodents. 11. All spoilt or unused Toxic or Non-Toxic baits will be removed off site and disposed of by NPC in accordance with the products’ statutory label and data sheet. 12. Any dead rodents found on the premises, between visit intervals, by customer, employer, employees or visitors must be reported and communicated to NPC as soon as possible so that NPC can remove the bodies from the site. 13. NPC will provide public liability insurance for all pest control work carried out on site. 14. NPC will supply all materials, PPE, Rodenticide and Non-Toxic baits needed for each site inspection and treatments until the end/renewal of the contract. 15. Any damaged or stolen bait stations or fixtures will need to be replace; cost to be covered by client. 16. Visit frequency can be affected by heavy rain, snow, and freezing conditions; work cannot be carried out in inclement weather. 17. The initial quote can only
